The Office of BPM

Process management is central business for the office and involves the creation and maintenance of process architectures, methodologies, conventions, and the infrastructure of process management and improvement. Office support covers all of the service related to administration, management of related IT systems, and management of the knowledge resources of the Office, including a central model repository. Process improvement engages with the process-aware business units to provide a range of resources for process improvement projects.
