Integrating the key tasks and their resource needs into an overall R&D plane

Obtaining the technical achievements to date

Listing the key tasks to be undretaken

Integrating the results above into a coherent overall statement which clearly defines the technical program in terms of its: -Objective -Strategy -Tasks -ResourcesAnd highlights the key: -Issues -Risks -ContingenciesAssembling and organising the key tasks in the form of a Gantt chart (Helps to give an overall picture of the Product Development Phase. )
