Agent /Tie-up creation Process for IA/MA Agent codes
**User login in Portal and raises request for the required area in portal
**User select MA\" ITIS Direct code in the system for MA Code Agent Creation
YES
**Once approved it reaches to the queue of Cmg Agency ops
Fuid Approved
**User can view the Agent code /tie-up code with CRM mapping status and CRM user id with password in the portal by searching request no.
**If Requested by user CRM Team Creates CRM User ID and password for the same
**CRM Team map the Agent/Tie-up code in CRM
**Agency Ops fill details of Agent/tie-up created and Emp code mapped in Portal
**Agency ops map the Emp code in P-400
Agency ops create Agent code /Tie-up code in P-400
NO
**Request forwarded to CRM Team For CRM mapping and CRM User id Creation
**Agency Ops forward request to CRM team for CRM Mapping and CRM user id creation
**User can view the details in his user id through Request No.
