13:20-14:00 Checking complained cases and any other special cases process and then report to supervisor.and then give instructions to team members.

14:00-16:00 1.Work around monitoring and give guidance to team members.2.Face to face talking with team members and try to understand their ideas and fellings with team.3.Give guidance and coaching to team member who had mistaken on work.
15:00—17:001.Check all the reports that prepared by support team and then send to marketing team.2.prepare the repatriation and evacuation cases to OM or CEO for approval the Fees.
