1. 创建一个Xcode工程及新的App ID（工程及app id的对应的bundle id需相同）2. 配置App ID可使用APNS，上传CSR文件3. 在苹果系统上通过钥匙串访问，创建所需的CSR文件4. 生成证书（测试使用dev证书，发布使用production证书）5. 生成对应的provisioning profile6.配置服务器
1. APNS服务免费，只要由开发者账号即可申请APNS证书2. 苹果对信息推送可靠性不做保证3. 消息不能超过256字节
