选料
<span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: arial, 宋体, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 24px; text-indent: 28px;">选择干燥、纯净、无杂质的小麦(或大麦)、玉米(或糯米)、以及无霉烂变质的红薯作原料。小麦与其他原料的配比为1:10,即1千克小麦(或大麦),配以10千克玉米(或糯米)以及红薯等。玉米需粉碎成小米大小,红薯需粉碎成豆渣状,但不能粉碎成粉状。</span><br>
育芽

<span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: arial, 宋体, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 28px;">将小麦麦粒或大麦麦粒洗净,放入木桶或瓦缸内,加水浸泡。浸泡的水,夏天用冷却水,冬天用温水。将麦粒浸泡24小时后捞出,放入箩筐内,每天用温水淋芽两三次,水温不要超过30℃。经过3天—4天后,待麦粒长出二叶包心时,将其切成碎段,且越碎越好。 </span><br>

压榨
