1. 技术员/区长开具《维修工程联络单》，即EJA2. 分类：机修，基建，自动化，模具3. 填写内容：班次，区域，申请人，开单时间，设备号，优先级别，问题描述等
1. 所有配件都在模房2. 模房装有监控
