Order not showing up on 4px and Amazon
Cancel order via Shopify and inform customer
Order is shipped via 4PX (Status Shipped)
Order is Pending; inform lead to cancel
Team lead cancels order; informs customer and makes sure order is not fulfilled
Order not in Shopify ; Search in Amazon
Cancel order
Search for order in Shopify and 4PX
Inform Customer that order is under review and assign to lead for cancellation
Order is not shipped in 4PX (Status: Pending/Release)
