SOC sends LVDS_Data to Des
IOC configures Max96752 through Main I2C
The SOC notifies the IOC that the transparent transmission function is completed，IOC can be configured as follows according to timing requirements
UD3V3、UG1V8、UG3V3、PWDNB、Coax_Lock
SOC establishes communication with IOC and enables pass through
DES_ON_UD3V3 is pulled high after Link lock is established 10ms
SOC pulls LCD_RST high after LVDS Data 5ms，pulls TP_RST high after LVDS Data 6ms
LCD_STBY pulls high 20ms after TP_RST pulls high，BL_EN pulls high 260ms after TP_RST pulls high
