权利
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent:21.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;<br>line-height:150%"><span style="line-height: 19.5px;">（1）按照本合同的约定，独立管理和运用基金财产；</span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent:21.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;<br>line-height:150%"><span style="line-height: 19.5px;">（2）按照本合同的约定，及时、足额获得基金管理人管理费用及业绩报酬（如有）；</span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent:21.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;<br>line-height:150%"><span style="line-height: 19.5px;">（3）按照有关规定和基金合同约定行使因基金财产投资所产生的权利；</span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent:21.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;<br>line-height:150%"><span style="line-height: 19.5px;">（4）根据本合同及其他有关规定，监督基金托管人；对于基金托管人违反本基金合同或有关法律法规规定的行为，对基金财产及其他当事人的利益造成重大损失的，应当及时采取措施制止；</span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent:21.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;<br>line-height:150%"><span style="line-height: 19.5px;">（5）基金管理人为保护投资者权益，可以在法律法规规定范围内，根据市场情况对本基金的认购、申购业务规则（包括但不限于总规模、单个基金投资者首次认购、申购金额、每次申购金额及持有的本基金总金额限制等）进行调整；</span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent:21.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;<br>line-height:150%"><span style="line-height: 19.5px;">（6）以基金管理人的名义，代表基金与其他第三方签署基金投资相关协议文件、行使诉讼权利或者实施其他法律行为；</span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent:21.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;<br>line-height:150%"><span style="line-height: 19.5px;">（7）自行销售或者委托有基金销售资格的机构销售基金，制定和调整有关基金销售的业务规则，并对募集机构的销售行为进行必要的监督；</span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent:21.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;<br>line-height:150%"><span style="line-height: 19.5px;">（8）国家有关法律法规、监管机构及本合同规定的其他权利。</span></p>
